I recorded this today.

I wrote this song when I was really down, last summer. My music career didn’t work out the way I had planned and I just felt like I needed to legitimize the way I was feeling. It’s really about very mixed emotions, I wanted people to accept how I was feeling and care and at the same time, self pitying is quite shameful.

Keep in mind that not only is this just a demo, it’s an acoustic version of the song. The final version will sound totally different. Exciting, huh? :)

I didn’t really manage to create as much attention around this album as I wanted to when I released it. Partly because I wasn’t feeling all that confident about it at the time, but I’ve listened to it a bit lately and it’s actually really good. If you haven’t it yet, check it out!
